Seal - Packaging - 2k injected envelope - 2K injection molding | ||
With the injection molding of 2K or "double shot" cowl grille are processed. With this technology, two materials are combined in a mold, with multiple properties or materials different hard and soft combinations. In the cowl grille, the rigid structure is made of polypropylene 20% talc and the soft seal in TPV. The chemical bonding of the 2 components occurs because they merge with each other (chemical compatibility) or because the first component is constructed so that the second component joins mechanically. |
