| Concentrate color or additive Masterbatch is the simplest way to add additives or color to a plastic. The masterbatch is a granulated compound of a polymer, elastomer or other carrier (carrier) containing a high concentration of active ingredient or colored pigments, whose concentration is clearly higher (10 to 90%) than the final product. Masterbatch is produced with vehicles based on polymers, elastomers or virgin waxes. There is a wide range of RAL and Pantone pigmented materbatches, special masterbatches customized and pigmented for metallic or translucent effects. Masterbatches with additives are, in addition to lubrication and hardness agents, antioxidants and UV stabilizers.
